Thank you for shopping with Alizye! All products in our store are custom made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Because every item is printed just for you, orders require a production period before they ship. Standard production time is 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and current demand. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery windows are:
• United States: 3–8 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location and the product ordered. Carrier selection is made by our fulfillment partner, Printful.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. Alizye has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at alizyedesign1@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Alizye is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Orders are sent to the address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at alizyedesign1@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to change the address.
